What I Believe.

I believe people are good and are doing the best they can. I believe that as people, we are hard-wired for connection with others and with ourselves. I believe that connection, empathy, and being seen as who we are empower us to change. We sometimes get stuck in cycles of self-defeating behaviors that make sense or seem helpful, but are leading us away from true healing. That’s where I can help.

“...when we deny our emotion, it owns us. When we own our emotion, we can rebuild and find our way through the pain.”

-BRENE BROWN

Our Mission:

To empower clients to live life wholeheartedly, equipped with the skills and bravery to do the hard work of healing their bodies, souls, and relationships.

Our Vision:

We envision a world where individuals enjoy peaceful relationships with food. Where food can mean celebration, energy, culture, and creativity instead of guilt. A world where people can spend more time present in their bodies enjoying life’s experiences and less time restricting and comparing. Where all bodies can be and are valued and respected.

A place where relationships are connecting and rich, not because they’re easy, but because they’ve been worked on and developed through tears and laughter and grit. Where relationships can be a source of healing and safety.

A world where we are not our own worst enemies, but maybe even one of our dearest friends. Where we lead with curiosity and understanding and abandon judgment. In this place compassion sometimes means pushing ourselves toward change and other times it means letting ourselves rest.

We aim to do this one session, one hour, one client at a time.

It’s an absolute HONOR to sit with someone in their pain.

Thank you for trusting me with the most vulnerable parts of yourself.
